 Q Can I as a foreigner own the land in my own name?    
 A The law on foreigners owning land in Thailand in their name is simple. You cannot own the land in your name!    
  Q What is the solution to that problem?    
  A

1. You lease the land for 30 years with option to renew in 30 years.        2. You start a Company Ltd. and the company buys the property.

(This is again possible with new application of the Thai law).                                                                                                   

   
  Q Can I as foreigner own the House on my own name?

Yes you can.

   
  Q How safe it is lease land?

It is safe because the Leasing contract officially registers in the Land registration office
