| A | The law on foreigners owning land in Thailand in their name is simple. You cannot own the land in your name! | ||||

1. You lease the land for 30 years with option to renew in 30 years. 2. You start a Company Ltd. and the company buys the property. (This is again possible with new application of the Thai law). |
