Guarantee for Completion
The developer guarantee, the complex will
be completed Not later than 12 months
from construction start.
Construction will begin when 40% of all Byers have paid the
first 20%. If the
apartment is not completed At the term, and delay more than 60 days
it will be
paid a penalty of 1 per month of the paid amount.
If the buyer pay too late it will be calculated 1.25 interest per month.
Service and management fee. The maintenance fee is low. You pay the first 5
years
only 25 THB per mē.
Plus a membership fee if you want to use Service Center facilities for free and
wireless Internet access for free.
