Terms of payment:
Price includes fully equipped house with North European standard, a large shared swimming pool, road in the area, lawn, plants and trees, wall and gate.
Ownership: Lease of land 30+30 years. Foreigner can own the house. Membership in Community Association is required as well as accepting of Community rules. Calculated maintenance fee 2500 baht a month. Rental service for the houses exists.
On the front of the area will be a good quality restaurant and Mini Mart established. WIFI connection on area.
