Terms and conditions for rent a house/condominium unit:

Rent for 1 week

The lodger must pay rent in advance minus their reservation fee on arrival.
The lodger must leave a Passport as a security deposit.
The lodger shall pay for all damages to the property and
household goods caused by the lodger or his/her company. To their full value.
The loss of keys for the property is chargeable at 500 baht minimum.

Rent for 1 month

The lodger must pay rent in advance minus their reservation fee on arrival.
The lodger must pay one month rent as a security deposit on arrival.
The lodger shall pay for all damages to the property and
household goods caused by the lodger or his/her company. To their full value.
The lodger must pay for consumed electricity during rental time @ 4 baht per kwh (unit)

A security deposit will be refunded if no damages or lost occurs on
property or household goods after rental period. In the case of damage or lost
it will be reduced by indemnity.
The loss of keys for the property is chargeable at 500 baht minimum.
